Tobias J Raymond has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of the capital markets. Mr. Raymond began his career in corporate finance at Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co., Inc. in New York. He relocated to London in 1992 to work as a Market Maker in financial derivatives products and established futures arbitrage and proprietary trading programmes for an international trading firm. Mr. Raymond began advising on alternative asset investments in 1997 and established Access Equity Management Limited in 2000.
Mr. Raymond holds an MBA in finance from UCLA, a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He is a member of the New York and California bar associations and is permitted to practice by the Rechtsanwaltskammer Köln. Mr. Raymond holds dual citizenship in the United States and United Kingdom.
Severin Austerschmidt has been working with Access Equity Management since 2017. Starting out as a Product Analyst intern, in his time at Access Equity Management Mr. Austerschmidt has gained extensive knowledge of financial products and instruments across the whole asset space, including Equities, Equity-linked products, Fixed Income, Real Estate and Private Equity. He has been instrumental in establishing Access Equity Management's branch in Germany, Access Equity GmbH, where he currently holds the function of Operations and Infrastructure Manager.
Mr. Austerschmidt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from RWTH Aachen University, and has previously studied Mathematics with Management & Finance at King's College University in London.
Andrew Coulton started his career in 1982 at Goldman Sachs and Co in the Listed Derivatives group where he managed the European operations and subsequently became a Global Head at Deutsche Bank AG in 1995. Seven years later he became a Principal at Saffar Capital, a private equity and venture investor, in the GCC based in Dubai. Since 2012 he has been active in projects in Asia and as a Senior Advisor at Access Equity Management based in London.
Mr. Coulton has an MA in Modern History from Oxford University.
Jeremy Brougham has over 25 years of experience in derivatives trading. He began his career on the London International Financial Futures Exchange (LIFFE), relocating to Frankfurt as an Options Market Maker on the Eurex. Mr. Brougham was involved in the development of the Exchange's risk and trading systems, working for one of the largest independent market making firms on Eurex.
In 2000, he relocated to New York to establish the equity derivatives market making business on the International Securities Exchange (ISE) for Bear Wagner, at the time the largest Specialist on the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Brougham returned to London and spent more than 12 years as an independent market maker within an established hedge fund.
